Do you make custom made-to-order jewelry?

I love creating custom handcrafted jewelry for my clients! Generally I am willing to take on custom requests, however they are on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in custom made jewelry, contact me through the contact form above, and tell me about your vision. I look forward to working with you and bringing your creation to life!

Has my order been sent yet ?
When your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation in the form of an e-mail! Orders will typically be shipped 3-5 business days from the date of the purchase.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

Shipping is $5 (flat rate) for domestic orders. International shipping will be calculated at time of purchase. Orders will typically ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Usually after shipment, domestic orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive at their destination.

What happens if my jewelry becomes damaged and needs repairs?
Routine repair/maintenance will always be free for the life of the piece! The only fee for basic repairs will be the shipping costs (if necessary). I will assess the piece to determine if it is still easily repairable via photo. If your piece is beyond repair due to excessive damage, I will be unable to help you. Remember to treat your jewelry with care!

Can I track my order ?
Yes, you can track your order! When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment that will include USPS tracking information.

What is your return/refund policy?​

I do not guarantee refunds. However if you have a reasonable request for a return or exchange, I will always be willing to work with you to make sure any legitimate concern is resolved. Just contact me with any question/concern you may have!
